Gabor Szenes is the Global Sales Leader, of New Build Business at Arabelle Solutions. The franchise delivers for more than a half of century advanced conventional island equipment applicable for all types of nuclear reactors, including turbines, generators, heat exchangers, pumps, and integrated full turbine islands. Arabelle Solutions is a recognized world leader in its field and provides services for nuclear power plants in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Gabor leads the worldwide sales activities for all turbine islands for nuclear power plants, from components (steam turbines, generators and pumps) to full turnkey solution for the conventional island. In this role, he supports countries and customers who are balancing the challenge of lower CO2 and providing affordable, reliable power, with the expertise of a multi reactor turbine island provider.
Prior to taking this role in October 2021, he was Sales Executive in GE Steam Power for 5 years, and thanks to his technical and commercial knowledge, was able to negotiate and close for his customers high value and complex large scale integrated EP and EPC project for power generation facilities worldwide.
Over his 25-year career, Gabor has held leadership roles, predominantly in sales, across the power and oil & gas industry in various countries such as Germany, India, Russia, Kazakhstan.
Gabor has a degree in Business Affairs and International Economics.
He is based in Baden, Switzerland.
