This is about the entire (nuclear) energy ecosystem: its people, its purpose, and its potential. Through keynote insights, international case studies, and interactive roundtables, we’ll co-create actionable recommendations to help the sector grow stronger, more inclusive, and future-ready.

This session brings together voices from government, industry, academia, civil society, and youth to reflect, challenge, and co-create ideas for a resilient and attractive energy sector.

A brief reflection on the ENEN position and the strategic importance of education, youth engagement, and cross-sector collaboration in building the future nuclear workforce.

Followed by a collaborative exchange between educational institutions, industry leaders, and young professionals.
This session will explore how awareness, education, and engagement can strengthen the talent pipeline and promote a more inclusive and future-ready energy sector.
