All the conference participants are cordially invited to participate in all social activities and other events (included in the conference fee).

Conference Lunches

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday is included in the registration fee and will be served from 12:50 to 14:00 at Rikli Balance Hotel Restaurant.

Welcome Reception

Monday, September 8

The Welcome reception with the welcome drink will be held on Monday at 19:30 in the Conference hall Sonce at Rikli Balance Hotel.

Surprise event

Tuesday, September 9

A Surprise event will be held on Tuesday at 18:30 in the Poster session room at Rikli Balance Hotel.

Traditional running together around the lake

If you have looked to the venue of the conference, you might have wondered, whether it is possible to run around the lake. It is indeed possible, and the length of the route is about 5,5 km. Although the route is at some places a little away from the lake, and one stretch is part of a road, this still makes for a nice, pleasant run of one or two laps, especially in the early morning, when there are almost no other people or cars.

Conference Trip

Wednesday, September 10

The conference trip will be held on Wednesday, September 10, at 14:00.

Uncover the Sweet Secrets of Radol‘ca - We’ll be visiting a boutique chocolate factory, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour and a tasting experience. 

To ensure a smooth visit, participants will be divided into three groups based on the first letter of their last name:

Group 1 (A–G): Departure at 2:00 PM
Group 2 (H–M): Departure at 3:00 PM
Group 3 (N–Ž): Departure at 4:00 PM

Buses will depart from the conference hotel entrance.

Conference Dinner

Wednesday, September 10

The conference dinner will be held at the Grand Hall of the Grand Hotel Toplice in Bled on Wednesday, September 10, at 19:30. The Grand Hotel Toplice is within walking distance from the conference venue (Rikli Balance Hotel). The NENE Young Author Award ceremony and the ENEN PhD Event award ceremony will be held during the dinner.

The price for the accompanying person is 40 € per conference lunch, 60 € per welcome reception, 50 € per conference trip and 90 € for conference dinner on Wednesday.
