The corresponding authors are invited to submit the abstracts before May 15, 2022. Abstracts (not exceeding 3500 characters including spaces) should be submitted through the NENE conference application. Please create an account, login and submit the abstract using the My Abstracts and Papers tab. Authors may also indicate their preference about the type of presentation (oral or poster) and the topic.
The Program Committee will review the abstracts and inform the corresponding authors about the acceptance and the type of presentation before June 30, 2022.
A book of abstracts will be distributed at the conference.
Full length papers limited to 8 pages should be submitted through the NENE conference application.
Please login and upload the paper in the My Abstracts and Papers tab. The deadline for submission of papers is August 31, 2022.
Proceedings containing full length peer reviewed papers presented at the conference will be published after the conference and mailed to the participants.
Presentations during the conference
Oral presentations will be limited to 20 minutes. The authors are kindly asked to present their papers in 15 minutes to allow 5 minutes for discussion. The participants are advised to prepare their oral presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or Acrobat Reader. If additional equipment is required, please contact the organizers.
Posters should be prepared to fit within 95 cm (width) x 110 cm (height).
Instructions for oral presentations
All presentations will be uploaded to the conference network cloud repository to make sure that the program can run smoothly. We kindly ask all participants with oral presentations to upload presentations (slides) before September 12, 2022 in Microsoft PowerPoint PPTX (preferred) or Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The uploaded file name should start with “SlidesNoXXX”, where “XXX” represents the paper number as allocated by the NENE database (also visible in Preliminary Program of the Conference): https://www.djs.si/nene2022/conference-program/ .
