About the Conference Nuclear Energy for New Europe

The conference of the Nuclear Society of Slovenia is an international annual meeting of professionals dealing with different aspects of nuclear energy from all around Europe and worldwide. The primary objective of the meeting is to foster international cooperation amongst professionals active in nuclear research and educational institutions, nuclear vendors, utilities, and regulatory bodies.

The 35th Nuclear Energy for New Europe - NENE2026 conference will be held in Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portorož, Slovenia, from September 7 to 10, 2026.

Conference Fee

Early Bird Payments: Must be received by July 31, 2026.
Late Payments: Payments made after September 2, 2026, will fall into the Late category.

The conference fee (incl. 22% VAT) includes conference materials, welcome reception, all lunches, conference dinner and conference trip.

Cancelation policy: In the event of cancelation, the following administrative fees will be charged: 50 EUR for cancelations until July 31st, 100 EUR for cancelations until August 31st and 300 EUR for cancelations until September 8th.
