Information regarding Covid-19

Due to the ongoing situation resulting from the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to reassure you that the NENE2021 organizing team is committed to making the conference Nuclear Energy for New Europe 2021 a vibrant gathering for exchanging new ideas and findings. We do not plan to modify, postpone or cancel the event at this point.

We are continuously monitoring the Covid-19 situation as well as guidelines by Slovenian government and relevant associations. Health and safety considerations permitting, we believe the knowledge exchange and support network provided by this conference are more important than ever, therefore we sincerely hope the event will go ahead as planned.

COVID-19 Note (September 2, 2021):

The event will be organised in accordance with measures to curb the risk of spreading COVID-19. Keeping physical distance to others and wearing a mouth-nose covering is obligatory indoors.

All in-person conference participants must present a valid RVT (recovered-vaccinated-tested) proof at registration, before they will be able to enter the conference venues.

Testing for Covid-19 can also be arranged in the venue with one day advance notice to the hotel reception.

Please take into account that due to RVT verification, the registration process might take a bit longer. We kindly ask for your understanding.

Your cooperation will make organizing the event immensely easier and provide for a more pleasant experience for all the participants.

Please stay informed about any possible changes in covid-19 prevention measures and travel restrictions, as the situation can change in matter of days.
