Submission of full-length papers (not exceeding 8 pages) is due by August 23rd, 2021. A peer review of full-length papers will be performed before including the papers in the Proceedings.
Full-length papers competing for the Young Authors Award should be submitted before August 10th, 2021.

and includes instructions on how to prepare the paper.The paper manuscript should be submitted electronically through the conference website. The same account as used for the submittal of the abstract should be used for the submission of the paper. Please login and upload the paper in the My Abstracts and Papers tab.
Oral presentations will be limited to 20 minutes. The authors are kindly asked to present their papers in 15 minutes to allow 5 minutes for discussion. A computer with a projector will be available. The participants are advised to prepare their oral presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format.
Due to the hybrid nature of the conference all presentations will be uploaded to the conference repository to make sure that the program can run smoothly.
To further facilitate the exchange of results and ideas, please clearly indicate the preferred avenue of communication in your presentation (e.g. on the first and last slide of the oral presentation).
We kindly ask all participants with oral presentations to upload presentations (slides) before September 6, 2021 in PowerPoint or PDF format. Optionally, the supplementary files (e.g. videos) can be uploaded in addition to the slides. The uploaded file name should start with “SlidesNoXXXX”, where “XXXX” represents the paper number as allocated by the NENE database (also visible in the preliminary program)

Posters sessions will be held at the following times:
Posters should be prepared to fit within 95 cm (width) x 110 cm (height). Posters should be posted and removed from the panels by the authors.
Authors are kindly requested to post their posters by 10:00 on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
Authors are encouraged to be available to interact with other participants during all three poster sessions. All posters should be removed by the authors no later than 17:00 on Thursday, September 9.
Poster upload and hybrid sessions
Due to the hybrid nature of the conference all posters will be uploaded to the conference repository to make sure that both in-person and remote participants have access to them during the conference.
Link to the on-line poster session will be sent before the start of the first poster session and will remain active throughout the conference.
To further facilitate the exchange of results and ideas, please clearly indicate the preferred avenue of communication in your presentation (e.g. phone number or e-mail in top right corner of the poster) and try to be available around the time when your work is on display.
Uploaded posters should be in PDF file format. The uploaded file name should start with “PosterNoXXXX”, where “XXXX” represents the paper number as allocated by the NENE database (also visible in the preliminary program)

Remote participants with posters:
We kindly ask remote participants with poster presentations to upload posters by August 30, 2021 to make sure we can print them in time for display during the conference. Posters will be printed in B1 size.
In-person participants with posters:
We kindly ask in-person participants with poster presentation to upload posters by September 3, 2021 and bring printed posters to the conference.
Peer review of the presented papers will be performed during and after the conference.
Proceedings containing full-length peer-reviewed papers presented at the conference will be published after the conference and distributed among the participants.
