Authors

Abstract submission

Authors are invited to submit abstracts until 30 September 2027 through the ISRD-19 Symposium tool, via the Login tab in the upper right corner of this page. Please create an account and submit your abstract using the Your Submissions and Abstract Submissions tabs. Authors may indicate their preferred submission format (poster or oral presentation) and the topic. 

The Program Committee will review the abstracts and inform the corresponding authors about the acceptance and the presentation format by December 2027.

Manuscript submission

Authors are requested to submit their manuscripts before the Symposium start, no later than 12 May 2028 through the ISRD-19 Symposium tool.

Please login to your user account and upload your manuscript in the Your Submissions menu, 1st file: docx. Microsoft Word documents are preferred. Please submit your manuscript named Manuscript_ID.docx. If necessary, a print-ready PDF file is acceptable.

Posters

Posters should be prepared to fit within 95 cm (width) x 110 cm (height).
